The NIRF Ranking 2022, which lists the best colleges and universities in India, was released by Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on July 15, 2022. In the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), the top two institutions have remained consistent as last year. For the fourth consecutive year, IIT Madras has topped the “Overall” NIRF Rankings, with IISc Bengaluru and IIT Bombay taking second and third place, respectively.
The best engineering colleges in India are located in South India. However, 1/5th of India’s best engineering colleges are located in Tamil Nadu. Candidates who are interested about pursuing Engineering in reputable institutions can check the list and apply online for admissions.
Some of India’s top engineering institutions, including NITs, and IITs are located in Tamil Nadu. Both undergraduate (B.E., B.Tech) and Postgraduate (M.E., M.Tech) engineering courses are offered at these top engineering institutes.
