All the students who have cleared the Andhra Pradesh AGRICET 2022, buckle up! Your AGRICET Counselling 2022 is expected to begin on 30 November 2022.
Agriculture Common Entrance Test, AGRICET is a state-level exam conducted by the Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University to offer students admission to the 4-year BSc (Hons) Course in Agriculture, Seed Technology, and Organic Farming. As per the ANGRAU, a total of 198 seats are to be filled up through the AGRICET Counselling 2022. 150 of those will go to the University Agricultural Colleges while the rest 48 seats are for other affiliated agriculture colleges.
The Exam – conducted in a pen-and-paper mode – was held on October 10, 2022, from 10:30 am to 12 pm. And the AGRICET Result 2022 was declared on October 31, 2022, at the official website of the ANGRAU which is www.angrau.ac.in.
AGRICET Counselling 2022
AGRICET Counselling 2022 will take place to allow successful students to select their course and college of choice among the available options. Your rank on the merit list, caste category, and availability of seats in the chosen college will determine if you can get the seat of your choice or not. Counselling is expected to happen on 30 November 2022 at the auditorium of RARS, LAM, Guntur. Be very mindful that you have to be physically present to participate in the AGRICET 2022 counselling process.
What happens in the counselling?
Nothing to be scared of! You have to fill in your choice of college and course among the available options, submit the required documents and counselling fee. In the end, through the seat allotment letter, you will know which course and college you have been allotted by the authority.
List of Required Documents for AGRICET 2022 Counselling
- Printout of the Online Application form
- Date of Birth Proof (photocopy)
- Attested photocopies of mark sheets of the 10th and Diploma Courses
- Latest Character Certificate
- Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/BC’s) issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer
- Proof that you are a local i.e. you are residing in the state for over 7 years. (85% of the total seats are reserved for applicants with this certificate)
- Certificates to prove your Special categories like PH, NCC, SPORTS and CAP (if applicable to you)
- Self-attested passport-size photograph

Eligibility:
- The applicant should have passed class 10th and 2-year diploma in Agriculture/Seed Technology/Organic Farming from either ANGRAU/PJTSAU.
- Students studying in the final year of their diploma courses can also apply

- 120 objective-type MCQs of one mark each: 120 marks in total
