The JAC Class 10 (Matriculation) and Class 12 (Intermediate) board examinations dates have been released by the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC). The JAC board exams will take place in offline mode from March 24, 2022, as per the official notice. The council will adhere to the Covid-19 protocols strictly to conduct the offline board exams safely. According to sources, almost eight lakh candidates in the state will appear for the class 10 and 12 board exam papers.
The JAC Class 10 Exam 2022 will be held in two shifts – Shift 1 from 9:45 AM to 11:20 AM, and Shift 2 from 11:25 AM to 01:05 PM. The JAC Class 12 Exam 2022 will also be conducted in two shifts – Shift 1 from 09:45 AM to 01:05 PM and Shift 2 from 02:00 PM to 05:20 PM. The class 10 matriculation examination will end on April 20, 2022, with the English paper, while the class 12 Intermediate examination will end on April 25, 2022, with the Political Science paper.

JAC Exam Time Table 2022: How to Download
Step 1: Go to jac.jharkhand.gov.in, which is the official website of the Jharkhand Academic Council.
Step 2: Select the ‘Examination’ option on the homepage.
Step 3: Click on the link that reads, ‘Exam. Programme for Class – X and XII 2022’.
Step 4: Check the JAC 2022 schedule and save the PDF file.
Step 5: Keep a printout of the document for future reference.
In Jharkhand, the matriculation and intermediate examinations will henceforth be held in one term. Earlier, matriculation and inter exams were conducted in two terms. The first term consisted of objective type questions held from January 1 to December 15, 2021, and the second term from May 1 to May 15, 2022. The government, however, had ordered to conduct the exams in a single term due to the Covid-19 situation.
The exams are generally held in February-March, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it got postponed last year and was held in May.
The Jharkhand Project Education Council has released orders to the state education department’s field officers, instructing them to prepare students, notably in Classes VIII, X, and XII, for JAC’s annual exams.
