Roti Tacos

Turn your rotis into crispy tacos by adding condiments, veggies, boiled and cooked meat. To make tacos with roti, you need to take a pan and add in some olive oil, add in garlic, onions, bell peppers, toss them well and add boiled chicken, add in red chili powder, salt and pepper. Next, add in a dash of lime juice and turn off the flame. Next, take the roti, brush some butter on both the sides, add a layer of ketchup, cheese, lettuce and add the stuffing along with more cheese, cover it nicely. Grill for 5-10 minus. Enjoy!

Roti Chips

This dish makes for a quick snack, just cut the roti into triangles and give it a triangular shape. Next, make a mix of butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and roasted cumin along with a dash of lime, whisk this mixture. Create simple rice balls, which you can make at home and enjoy as fritter. Mash boiled potatoes, mix them with leftover rice, chopped onion, garlic, green chilies, salt and pepper. Make small balls and make a cavity, fill it in with mozzarella cheese. Dust it with any flour, deep fry the balls and serve hot with a dip.

Roti Noodles

If you don’t want your kids to eat unhealthy food, then you can make roti noodles from leftover food. Just make strips from the leftover rotis. Next, take a wok, add in oil, garlic, green chilies, red chili and onions, toss it well. Add assorted veggies, salt and pepper. Once done add soy sauce and roti noodles, stir fry and serve hot.
