I tried everything that the web has to offer in order to solve this problem but despite all the attempt at solving it I’m still stuck with that. I need assistance to really resolve this. If you need the list of everything I tried, let me know but understand that the list is long.

Any behavior that appears to violate End user license agreements, including providing product keys or links to pirated software.

Any other inappropriate content or behavior as defined by the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct. I hope you’ll find a solution soon. I’ve been trying a lot of things. The list grows!!! I had to reinstall Chrome, Set it as default then Windows brought me to a window to decide which program is used as Default Mail app, it was Chrome there I clicked on it and selected Outlook Desktop and voila! You may try to troubleshoot this issue, by performing a clean boot in Windows. T his will helps eliminate whether the issue is caused by software conflicts.

In reply to CubiGear’s post on July 13, Hi CubiGear, I understand that this issue only occurred in one computer. I would then confirm how many web browsers you have installed on your computer.

If there are multiple browsers, could you temporarily uninstall other web browsers and only keep IE to see the issue persist? Then I understand that you have uninstalled the Outlook client.
