Ingredients: Dry roasted moong dal, dry roasted rava, cumin seeds, cashew, curry leaves, chopped ginger, black pepper, turmeric, salt.
How to prepare: Cook the moong dal first till it is super soft. To a kadai add oil, cumin seeds, and cashew. Once cashew is roasted properly add curry leaves, chopped ginger, and black pepper. Let these cook properly. Add water, salt and turmeric to this.
Once water starts boiling, add rava and cook it properly. Now add boiled moong dal to this and mix everything properly.
